By using the «Willow Labs» app, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully.
1. Service purpose
Willow Labs is an emotional support tool based on evidence-based psychological approaches. The Service is not a medical device, does not diagnose, does not prescribe medication, and does not replace work with a licensed specialist.
2. Age restrictions
Minimum age — 16. For 16-18 users in some jurisdictions parental consent is required.
3. Account
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect compromise.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions are placed and renewed automatically via Apple/Google. Refunds — per the respective store's policy. Free trial — once per account.
5. Acceptable use
Prohibited: using the Service to harm yourself or others, malicious actions, automated parsing, quota bypass.
6. Intellectual property
Service content (UI, copy, brand) belongs to Willow Labs Inc. The content of your conversations belongs to you.
7. Limitation of liability
Service is provided «as is». To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is capped at the amount paid in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend an account for violation of Terms — with notice, except violations threatening safety.
9. Governing law
For EEA users — law of Ireland. For US users — law of California. This doesn't deprive you of rights granted by your local consumer protection law.
