Delete account

Use this page to request deletion of your Willow Labs account and all associated data. Requests are processed within 30 days (GDPR requirement).

Alternative — in the app

Delete your account in one click directly in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This web option is for cases when you don't have access to the app.

What happens

We'll email you to confirm the request. After confirmation, all your data (chat history, profile, voice recordings, AI memory) is physically deleted within 30 calendar days. Anonymized usage metrics (no link to identity) are retained.

By submitting you confirm you want to delete your account and all associated data.
